- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912PL-06-D-0013-0032. Contractor: Johnson-Frank & Associates, Anaheim, CA 92807 The Surveyor-Engineer shall prepare aerial mapping at a scale of one inch equals one hundred feet (1 inch=100') with a two foot (2') contour interval and color orthophotography, for the Santa Maria River Project Project. This reach of the project is approximately 2.75 miles long and 250 feet wide. This is to be done in accordance with engineering criteria and project maps that will be furnished to the Surveyor-Engineer, and following procedures outlined in the Scope of Work.
