- In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), the US Army Corp of Engineers, Portland District is seeking information from contractors who can provide an air gap monitoring system with data acquisition unit and software. 1) The contractor shall be ISO 9001 certified. 2) The contractor shall demonstrate a record of providing comparable, reliable systems within the past three years. 3) The contractor shall provide the following equipment: A. Capacitive Stator Mounted Air Gap Sensor Package B. Air Gap and Shaft Proximity Sensor Wall mounted Enclosure Interface for connection to Portable Data Acquisition Unit and Accessories: C. Capacitive Relative Shaft Vibration Sensors D. Portable Data Acquisition Unit The proposed Data Acquisition and Analysis Equipment Package shall be compatible with the sensor package as described in Items A, B, and C. See attached technical specifications for minimum requirements of equipment. We would like to know the following: 1) Who can provide the equipment as required above? 2) Are there small businesses that can provide this equipment? 3) Any other issues or concerns? Open for response / feedback. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 6695; the NAICS code is 334519 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Responses are due no later than 7 July 2009 and should be addressed to the US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, ATTN: CENWP-CT-S, Karen Dailey, PO Box 2946, Portland, OR 97208-2946 or emailed to karen.j.dailey@usace.army.mil. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this market survey nor return any data provided.
