- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number W911RZ-09-T-0245, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-27 effective on September 17, 2008. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 561730 and the business size standard is $7.0 million. The proposed acquisition is reserved 100% for small businesses. See attached for further details. All attachments are also available if parties access can not access them from the Federal Business Opportunities website. Attachments may be requested by contacting the Contract Specialist at ashley.henson@us.army.mil. All requests for documents must be received by 4:00 P.M. MST on 30 June 2009. If you have not received the attachments within twenty-four (24) hours from time of request, please contact the Contract Specialist at 719-526-0688 to ensure that your request was received. Offers must be received NLT 1:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, 1 July 2009, at MICC, Directorate of Contracting, ATTN: MICC- Ft.
