- Solicitation 8009-44 provides for exclusive use aviation services for fully contractor operated and maintained multi-engine and/or single engine amphibious water scooper aircraft services in support of fire suppression operations in in support of the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and other Federal wildland fire suppression programs. The designated base for these services is Deer Park, WA. The contract period will be from July 1, 2009 or date of award through August 29, 2009 or 60 calendar days from date of award. The issue date of the solicitation is June 22, 2009 with an anticipated closing date of June 29, 2009. It is a requirement that the successful awardee be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
