- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. SPM4A509R0858, NSN 5120000045636, PR 0022705626, DISASSEMBLY TOOL, BEARING HOUSING. This is a configuration control item. The two currently approved sources of supply are General Electric (07482) Part Number- 9415M88G02 and Columbia Manufacturing (8U485) Part Number- 9415M88G02, unrestricted. ABVS and Export Control applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 23 each. All pieces are to be delivered in 273 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be June 25, 2009 with a closing date of July 27th, 2009. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition.
