- This announcement serves to publish the government's intent to procure professional services with only one source contingent upon funds availability to Sun Management, under FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon potential responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Sun Machines has been identified by the government due to their capability to provide the following: Netscreen Firewall license maintenance for a period of 12 months.
