- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is a combined synopsis/solicitation, and it will be the only solicitation. This requirement is for the acquisition of Ecclesiastical Equipment. Quotations are being requestd for the following solicitation. The solicitation number is W91QV1-09-T-0074, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-18. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 453998 with a small business size standard of $7.0 Million. This requirement is set aside for 100% Small Business. The due date and time for this quotation is 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on July 9, 2009. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be, actively, registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov. All quotations will be clearly marked with the offerors name, address, POC with telephone number, and the above solicitation number. Submit all quotes on the companys own document displaying Item Description, Qty, Unit Price, Extended Price, Total Amount, etc. Acceptable means of quotation submission includes e-mail, U.S. Postal, or Courier Service. Quotations submitted via U.S. Postal or Courier Service shall be addressed to: Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Attn: Shawn M. Smith, 9410 Jackson Loop, Ste. 101, Fort Belvoir, VA. 22060-5134.
