- FED BIZ OPPS Notice June 25, 2009 REF: Solicitation, VA-260-09-RP-0283, US. Veterans Affairs, Central Oregon Coast, Primary Care Outpatient Healthcare Services The U.S. Veterans Affairs - Healthcare System is seeking Nursing Services and Facility for U.S. Veterans Primary Care Outpatient Healthcare. The healthcare services contractor shall furnish all nurses, receptionist, approved facility, equipment, supplies, and materials, and meet all requirements as found in the Performance Work Statement of this solicitation, as well as all applicable Federal Laws and Regulations. The VA will provide one Primary Care Physician, who will also be responsible for nursing supervision. The anticipated start date of this contract is October 1, 2009. The contract will be for a base year period from Award date thru September 30th, or the end of fiscal year, with options for one year renewals thru September 30, 2013. This solicitation will result in a commercial, Firm-Fixed Price (all-inclusive capitated rate per vet visit), requirements, non-personal services healthcare contract. The estimated contract value thru 9/30/2013 is $500,000. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621498, size standard of $10.0 million.
