- RECOVERY--The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform all operations in connection with the repairs and maintenance to bituminous roads and parking lots. This requirement could require a site visit(information will be identified in the solicitation). This requirement will be solicited as competitive acquisition and is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAISC code is 237310. The size standard is $33.5 million. Interested sources may download a copy of the solicitation at FedBizOpps. This solicitation will be available for download or or about 29 June 2009.
