- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912QR-09-D-0009. Provide A/E services to develop full design construction plans and specifications for three separate projects for the Detroit Arsenal at Warren, Michigan. Design package to install approximately 300 LF of new water main to serve the northeast portion of the installation. Design package for the repair of miscellaneous roads and the construction of organizational parking located in six distinct areas. Design approximately 2000 LF of existing electric cables.
