All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The contract period will be one year with four one-year options.2. PR# - FD2030-09-071733. Service/Spare/Repair/OH - Overhaul5. Item: Electro/Mechanical Actuator 6. NSN - 4810-01-335-2675RK 7. PN - 102842HE8. Description: Remanufacture/Overhaul of the Actuator Assembly for E-3 Motor Actuated Gate Shut-Off Valve. A motor operated gate valve consists of three subassemblies: motor, actuator and body assembly. The motor provides power through the gear train in the actuator and controls the slide in the body assembly. Movement of the slide controls the fuel flow through the valve port. Approved Sources: ITT Aerospace and Texas Aerospace Services.9. Total Line Item Quantity: L/I 0001 - Quantity 25 ea.Basic Year Quantity - 5 ea, Option I Quantity - 5 ea, Option II Quantity - 5 ea, Option III Quantity - 5 ea, Option IV Quantity- 5 ea.L/I 0002 - Over and AboveL/I 0003 - Data IAW DD1423s10. Delivery: Deliveries are to be in accordance with instructions received from the Production Management Specialist prior to shipment(s): 2 per month beginning 30 days ARO, subsequent deliveries will be for 1 ea, 30 days ARO.13. Qualification Requirements Prequalification of sources is essential to maintain high quality and maximum operational safety. The requirements of FAR 9.202(a) apply. Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. Interested vendors that have not been previous approved for this acquisition must submit a Source Approval Request to the Source Development, Small Business Office which may be contacted @ 405-739-7243. As prescribed in FAR 9.202(e). The contracting officer need not delay a proposed award in order to provide a potential offeror with an opportunity to demonstrate its ability to meet the standards specified for qualification.14.
