- pre award draft The Mississippi Job Corps Center, a federally funded residential training facility servicing 455 resident and non-resident trainees age 16 to 24 years old, would like to invite qualified bidders to provide on-site mental health specialist services at the Mississippi Job Corps Center located at 400 Harmony Road in Crystal Springs, Mississippi. The Mental Health Specialist Contractor will provide twelve (12) hours of on-site physician services per week for the duration of the contract from August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2010 with an additional two (2) option years. Additional information may be obtained by the Mississippi Job Corps Center’s Purchasing Specialist, Rebecca Dionne, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 601-892-3348. The attachment herein is a draft Agreement which is anticipated to be the final document provided to the successful bidder, with minor revisions incorporating appropriate aspects of the bidder’s proposal. Bidders should therefore review the format and clauses in its preparation for responding to the On-Site Mental Health Specialist Services Proposal Request. In addition, Job Corps’ Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH), Appendices and Technical Supplements may be reviewed upon request. The Mississippi Job Corps Center reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive formalities in the bidding process.
