The approximate issue date of solicitation will be 15 July 2009. The approximate response due date of solicitation will be 15 August 2009.The anticipated award date is September 2009. Offers from firms not previously identified as sources for this requirement will only be considered when it can be determined prior to award that the item or services being offered will meet the government's requirements.
