- RECOVERY--This is a notice of intent of the US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, WA, located at 201 North 3rd Ave. Walla Walla WA, 99362-1876 to negotiate a sole source award with McMillen, LLC, 1658 South Trent Point Way, Boise ID 83712 (NAICS 237990) for a Design-Build contract for Paradise Creek Ecosystem Restoration, in Moscow Idaho. The value of this acquisition is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This contract action will be accomplished under FAR 6.302-5(b)(4), using other than competitive procedures under statue which expressly authorizes acquisition be made from a specific source or through another agency; specifically, FAR 6.302-5(b)(4) for sole source awards under the 8(a) program 15 U.S.C. 637(a) and in accordance with 13 CFR 124.1-1(c) and FAR 19.8. Per FAR 6.302-5 a J & A is not required for this award.
