THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT COMPETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BROOKS ACT AND FAR 36.6. VISN 3, James J. Peters Medical Center intends to issue a task order against existing Contract Number VA243-P-0230. This contract has been previously competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 Architect-Engineer Services, and awarded as an Architect-Engineer Service Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The order is for design only.
