- Description
- The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), has awarded Modification Two to Contract No. 08CRCN0006 with Nanometrics, Inc. for the purchase of broadband seismometers. Modification Two added ARRA requirements to the basic contract. The dollar value of this action is $0.00. Funding is obligated by individual delivery orders. Delivery orders will be issued on a firm, fixed-price basis. The period of performance is a base year of twelve months and two twelve month option periods. This contract is currently in Option Year One with a period of performance of 10/01/2008 through 09/30/2009. The place of performance is Ontario, Canada. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant delivery orders, may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Action of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5. Unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, have been included. (ATN# ARRA-SE0002i)
