- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the following: Line Item 0001: WS-X6708-10G-3C= C6K 8 port 10 gigabit Ethernet module qty of 2; Line Item 0002: X2-10GB-CX4 Cisco 10G Base-CX4 X2 Module for CX4 (copper) cable qty of 4; Line Item 0003: WS-F6700-DFC3C Catalyst 6500 Dist FWD Card for WS-X67XX modules qty of 2; Line Item 0004: WS-X6708-10GE CAT6500 8 Port 10 Gigabit Ethernet Module qty of 2; Line Item 0005: CAB-INF-28G-10= 10M Cable for 10GBase-CX4 Module qty of 2; Line Item 0006: CAB-INF-26G-15+ 15M Cable for 10GBase-CX4 Module qty of 2. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DJD-09-N-0095 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The North American Industry ! Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423430. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed-price purchase order.All sources may submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Offerors MUST submit proof of being an authorized distributor of Cisco products. Offerors may submit their proposal in accordance with their standard commercial practices (e.g. on company letterhead, formal quote form, etc.) but must include the following information: complete mailing address, discounts for prompt payment if any, delivery/availability of products, DUNS number, and the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). Responses must be submitted electronically to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov. All respondents will be considered by this agency. The deadline for questions is June 30, 2009. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsive, responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to this synopsis/solicitation, will be the best value to the Government. All offers must be received by closing date July 7, 2009 12:00noon EST.
