- RECOVERY ACT -This notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to contractors under 38 U.S.C. 8127(b). Competition is limited to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) that are qualified and have experience in Double ended Switch Board.Contractor shall provide a Design/Build service to design a project to replace the Double Ended Switch Board, The (3) ATS, and (4) Panels in building 116 for Project No. R621-09-104, Replace Switch Board in Building # 116 at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, Tennessee. Work includes some minor demolition/retrofit, new electrical installation, wiring, and modifications to meet code/system requirements, any new conduit/duct required, and any finish work.
