- Description
- This is a competitive acquisition for the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Government intends to award one FFP contract to a qualified Small Business for NAICS 611430. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision to provide the production of the following requirements for (1) two new distance learning modules, (2) content re-certification of fourteen existing Joint Medical Executive Skills Institute, JMESI distance learning modules, (3) development and production of Three Interactive decision based distance learning modules, (4) development and production of Two virtual distance learning modules, (5) virtual campus maintenance modifications. The period of performance will be One base year and four one-year options. Place of contract performance is Fort Sam Houston, TX. The solicitation issue date is on or about 9 July 2009 with an anticipated award date of 14 August 2009.
