THIS PROJECT WILL BE AWARDED UNDER EXISTING IDIQ JOB ORDER CONTRACTS (W9124D-08-D-0045, 0046, 0047) AFTER PROVIDING FAIR OPPORTUNITY TO EACH OF THE THREE (3) CONTRACT AWARDEES.
