- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W31BNA-2009-0950. Under the authority of FAR 13.5, the U.S. Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Blackbaud, Inc. of Charleston, SC, to provide a program specifically designed to handle University level student tracking, i.e. processing personal information, transcripts, schedules, class rosters, and grades, at reasonable cost. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W31BNA-2009-0950. Blackbaud, Inc. possesses the Education Edge proprietary software. The Government researched four vendors. Each vendor's registrar software was reviewed. The Blackbaud software was found to be superior. Their software was a complete package that does not require additional module purchases. They will also customize the software to meet our specific needs. There is also customized on-site training. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, via e-mail at jonathan.lehmann@us.army.mil. no later than 10 July 2009, 12:00 pm EST.
