- The Black Hills National Forest has a contract opportunity for a certified well driller in the state of South Dakota to drill water wells at four locations. Project is to furnish all necessary labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, amterials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to drill wells in accordance with the State of South Dakota requirements, solicitation specifications, wage rates, terms and conditions. The Governments estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Solicitation will be posted by July 10, 2009
