- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of Labview Software Licenses consisting of the following: (a) CLIN: 0001 Two Hundred and Fifteen (215) Each Freewave Radios 1.350 1.390 GHz, 115.2K Over the Air Data Rate, Spread Spectrum board level transceiver, in a ruggedized enclosure, RS232/RS485, 6-30 volts, with TNC Connector. For Military or Export Only. (License required for Export). Includes LCD0000FG users manual on CD for every radio, includes EMD1250UX power supply for every radio, and includes ASC0409DC diagonistic cable for every two radios. Price assumes the return of an equal number of 900 MHz Freewave radios, P/N: PRP0123TA, P-CE; (b) CLIN: 0002 Two Hundred and Fifteen (215) Each DB9 extender 6ft cable, straight through, male to female, P/N: ECD2409DM, (c) CLIN: 0003 Two Hundred and Fifteen (215) Each RF Connector, Adpt, TNC Male to N Female, P/N: ECN1234TN. Because these 215 radios will be required to be upgraded, Dugway Proving Ground will need to return an equal number of 900 MHz radios in order to obtain these new ones. Because many of these 900 MHz radios are currently in use, Dugway Proving Ground will need to arrange with the contractor a phased delivery/return schedule. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the governments requirements. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
