- Description
- The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), 1700 G Street NW, Washington, DC 20552 intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Bloomberg Finance L.P. for Bloomberg Anywhere for (2) subscriptions located in Washington, DC. The OTS will procure this service as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13.105. This synopsis solicitation incorporates FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.252-2, FAR 203-1, FAR 203-3, FAR 203-4, FAR 52.222-36, FAR 52.222-40, FAR 52.222-41, FAR 52.225-3, FAR 52.232-1, FAR52.232-8, FAR 52.233-1, FAR 52.232-33, FAR 52.243-1, and FAR 52.249-1. A separate solicitation is not available. The period of performance is 8/16/2009 through 8/15/2010. The proposed contract actions is for subscription services for which the OTS intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Responsible firms must submit sufficient technical documentation to establish a bonafide capacity to meet the requirement and past performance information. Information received by 7/9/2009 (3:00 pm Eastern) will be considered by OTS. A determination by OTS not to compete proposed purchase order based upon resonses to tis notice is solely within the discretion of OTS. Information will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral questions will not be accepted or answered. All questions must be submitted via email. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available.
