Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN VACAVILLE, CALIFORNIA STAR #: 7CA2184 REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration, on behalf of MINE SAFETY HEALTH ADMINISTRATION, desires to lease approximately 9,804 rentable square feet, which shall yield a minimum of 8,525 ANSI/BOMA square feet (previously usable). The office space should be fully serviced, first-class, air-conditioned office and related space, together with fifteen (15) secured parking spaces with 24-hour/7-day-a-week access within the same block as the offered Building. The office space must be contiguous. The site must be located within the Central Business District of VACAVILLE and be within the area bounded by NORTH: Vaca Valley Rd to Highway 505 EAST: Leisure Town Rd. to Vaca Valley Road SOUTH: Alamo Drive WEST: Monte Vista to Alamo Drive Occupancy date is April 1, 2010. The proposed lease is for Fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. STANDARD CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: The space offered must be fully serviced in a quality building of sound and substantial construction, either a new, modern building or one that has undergone restoration or rehabilitation for the intended use. The building and the leased space shall be accessible to workers with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility guidelines and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards. Wherever standards conflict, the more stringent shall apply. The leased space shall be free of all asbestos containing materials, except undamaged asbestos flooring in the space, undamaged boiler or pipe insulation outside the space, in which case an asbestos management program conforming to EPA guidance shall be implemented. The space shall be free of other hazardous materials according to applicable Federal, State, and local environmental regulations. The building must conform to Life Safety Performance Level of ICSSC RP 6. Additionally, it must meet the latest seismic requirements. Further, the space must be altered to meet the Government’s requirements. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership.
