- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office, NON-DISA Branch (PL8312), Scott AFB IL, intends to issue a sole source contract to Informatica Corporation, 100 Cardinal Way, Redwood City CA 94063. This is a synopsis for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information. This acquisition shall procure continued Informatica data conversion methodology and support services for the Base Transformation Agency (BTA) for the Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Agency Initiative (DAI) program using Informatica proprietary tools and unique knowledge and skills to ensure successful data conversion for each Agency based on purchase of existing licenses and tools. It will continue the support services for the DAI system implementation for DTIC and MDA. The resultant contract will be a one 2.5 month base period plus two 1-year option periods, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Proposals must be sent to melissa.benhoff@disa.mil and virginia.mccann@disa.mil.
