- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The solicitation (Request for Quotation) reference number is AIRMANCENTERBAR. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-33. This procurement is NOT a set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 337212, Custom Architectual Woodwork and Millwork Manufacturing, the size standard of which is 500 employees (Not to Exceed). DESCRIPTION: Custom front and back bar and associated furniture for the Airman's Center in Misawa AB, Japan. REQUIREMENTS: Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment and transportaion necessary to provide the following: CLIN 0001 FRONT BAR/COUNTER: Approx. 37' long, 48" high front bar counter, solid wood surface, mahogany color, with a lift gate, and a thick foot rail running the length of the bar; 42" high underbar include to include at least: two locking storage cabinets, two 4'-wide open shelving units and one self-contained stainless steel refrigerator with interior light and lockable doors. CLIN 0002 BACK BAR: Approx. 23' long, back bar counter, solid surface countertop; with two 4'wide cabinets with drawers, two 2 1/2' wide open shelf cabines, and one 4-door self contained lockable storage area. Back bar will be assembled against the wall. CLIN 0003 CHAIRS: 40 Upholstered chairs, lacquer finish, mahogany stain matching bar. CLIN 0004 STOOLS: 58 Upholstered bar stools, lacquer finish, mahogany stain matching bar. CLIN 0005 SQUARE TABLES: 10 Square tables, approx. 36" x 36", laminate edge, mahogany stain matching bar. CLIN 0006 ROUND TABLES: 10 Round tables, approx. 30" x 30", laminate edge, mahogany stain matching bar. CLIN 0007 BAR HEIGHT TABLES: 10 Round bar height tables, laminate edge, black finish, same height as bar. CLIN 0008 DELIVERY: FOB Destination to Defense Distribution Depot (Tracy, CA 95376). Deliver NLT 01 Sep 09. CLIN 0009 BAR/COUNTER ASSEMBLY: Contractor to provide installation/assembly at Misawa AB, Japan.
