- THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER FUELS IV MACC GROUP 0034, N68711-03-D-7051; INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION OF VARIOUS PETROLEUM FUEL, OIL, AND LUBRICANT FACILITIES AND SYSTEMS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS WITHIN THE NAVFAC SOUTHWEST AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AND ALASKA This procurement is for the design and construction for the repair of all existing Steel and PVC pipe and installing new Polyethylene gas pipe Area 52, located at the Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California. Source Selection procedures will be used with the intent to award a firm-fixed price construction task order to the responsible Offeror whose proposal, conforming to the Request for Proposal (RFP), submits a proposal deemed to provide the Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237120, and the annual size standard is $33.5 million. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award without discussions. Selection for award will be based on evaluation of the following: Factor 1- Schedule, Factor 2- Price.
