- Description
- The U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service has a requirement to Replace Deteriorated Sections of West Lake Boardwalk for the Everglades National Park in Homestead, Florida. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238190 with a small business size standard of $14 million. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 36 (Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts) and Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation). The estimated price range is $250,000.00 - $500,000. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is July 15, 2009, and the anticipated date of award is August 28, 2009.
