- Pre-solicitation Notice For Readjustment Counselor Klamath Falls, Oregon The Department of Veteran's Affairs, VISN 20 Contracting Division has a requirement for readjustment counseling service in Klamath Falls, Oregon area. Readjustment Counselors are defined as counselors for individuals, groups or families who have specific needs in managing social, psychological, or behavioral problem(s), which bear a distinct relationship to process of readjustment from military duty during the Vietnam Era, Persian Gulf, and Operation Enduring Freedom, to civilian life. Services will be provided to eligible Veterans referred by the Grants Pass, Oregon Veterans Outreach Center. Contract will be for one year with provisions for two one-year options for renewal. NAICS Code 621330 applies to this solicitation. The electronic solicitation can be accessed at http://fedbizopps.gov. Electronic bids will be accepted. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. It is essential for bidders to register on the Solicitation Mailing List application for this solicitation to receive notification of any/all amendments. Fax number is 541-830-3511. This requirement will be handled as a Small Business Set-Aside. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the RFP and all attachments. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FedBizOps for the release of the solicitation and any amendments that may follow. Potential offerors making a written request must include an adequate justification for not obtaining the solicitation via the internet.
