Description

Sandpoint Ranger District, Idaho Panhandle National Forests, Bonner County, Idaho. The purpose of this contract is to decommission multiple roads, approx. 19.52 miles. Work includes but not limited to: clearing, excavation, constructing waterbars, ripping existing roadbed, culvert removal, remove and dispose a treated timber bridge, stream restoration, construct pioneer roads for temporary access, full and partial road re-contouring. Est. start work July 1, 2010, with completion by September 1, 2011. The E Fork Lightning Crk Drainage starts on FDR No 1184 at mile point 0.3, 57N, R3E, Section 32. The Upper Rattle Crk Drainage starts on FDR No 473 at approx. mile point 0.6, T58N, R2E, Section 36, this project is accessed on Keeler Crk FDR 473, Kootenai NF. This project is a total HUBZone SBC set-aside. The estimated price range for this acquisition is $250,000 to $500,000. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps website on or about July 13, 2009.
