- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN BARTOW, FL ***** REPOSTING***** The United States Government seeks contiguous Class `A` Office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 3,596 rentable square feet in Bartow, FL. The space should yield a minimum of 3,127 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Parking must be available at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates for staff and visitors in close proximity of the leased space. Ten (10) surface parking spaces must be reserved for Government vehicles. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: Bartow City limits and the area North of State Road 60, East of Hwy 37, South of Winter Lake Road and West of Rifle Range Road. The broker can provide a map of the delineated area, upon request and will answer any questions about the area. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. No subleases will be considered. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
