- This proposed action will result in a Multiple Award,Firm Fixed Price Three-Year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), contract to manufacture MOTOR, ELECTRICAL; NSN: 6105-01-468-9387; PN: 1983649-1. The minimum guaranteed quantity is 96 EACH. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 1000 Each. This award will be limited to the following source: Elcan Optical Technologies Inc. as authorized by FAR 6.302-1, (only Only One one Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). The Government does not own the TDP nor does it have data rights for this item, which is unique to the A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicle System (BFVS). The MOTOR, ELECTRICAL is a critical component of the Commanders Independent Viewer (CIV). FOB is Destination This effort will beis being synopsized in FEDBIZOPPS in accordance with FAR 5.201 to alerting contractors of this requirement and the intent of the Government to immediately proceed with this instant procurement. This notice of intent is therefore not a request for competitive proposals. However, responsible sources may submit proposals with supporting capability statements. Proposals and capability statements received by the Government within 15 business days after the posting date will be evaluated.. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501 and 5.102, therefore hard copies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/AAIS/Solinfo/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments.
