- RECOVERY. This is for informational purposes only. The following modifications were issued to Contract GS-01-07-BZ-C-0006 (Solicitation GS-01P-06-BZ-C-0004), Design Services for alterations and building upgrade of the M.C. Smith Federal Building in Bangor, Maine, to add change order work as follows: Modification PS05, in the amount of $3,203,337.77, for changes in Schematic Design, Design Development, Concept Design, Construction Documents, Commissioning Assistance and Geothermal Testing. This modification is being made to an existing contract that was competitively awarded under FAR Part 36 and the Brooks Act.
