- The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for various HVAC repairs. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision for various HVAC repairs in support of the 99th Regional Support Command. Place of Performance: West Virginia and Maryland. The NAICS Code is 238220, the SIC Code is 1711, and the Size Standard is $14,000,000.00. Small HUBZone firms shall request a solicitation package in writing.
