Description: THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO INCREASE THE TONS OF CRS-2P ASPHALT EMULSION BY 214 TONS AND TO ADD TWO MORE DELIVERY LOCATIONS. DELIVERY 193 TONS OF CRS-2P ASPHALT EMULSION TO THE BEAR PAW / BLEVINS PROJECT LOCATED 5 MILES NW OF BROWNING, MT ON THE BLACKFEET INDIAN RESERVATION. DELIVER 21 TONS OF CRS-2P ASPHALT EMULSION TO THE MARY GROUND SUBDIVISION PROJECT LOCATED 5 MILES FROM BROWNING, MT ON THE BLACKFEET INDIAN RESERVATION. EXTEND THE RESPONSE DATE TO JULY 15, 2009. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
