- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN TRENTON, NJ STAR #: 8NJ2032 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 7,360 rentable square feet in Trenton, NJ. The space should yield 6,400 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require four (4) surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Nursery Road South: Parkside Avenue East: State Route 31 West: State Route 579 (Sullivan Way/Bear Tavern Road) The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 10th, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
