Description
REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 23,369 - 25,706 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of office space to yield 20,321 - 22,353 Usable Square Feet (USF) of space for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. Space must be contiguous on no more than two (2) floors, with a minimum of 10,000 USF on one floor. Public transportation must be available within 3 blocks of the building. DELINEATED AREA: The space will be located within the following delineated area: North: North Street East: East Street South: South Street West: West Street REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Four (4) reserved, inside, structured parking spaces for official Government vehicles shall be provided. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The EEOC cannot be located on the same floor as any Federal law enforcement agency. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
