Description

The purpose of this amendment is to change the title of the notice as directed by DoD for administrative purposes only. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION UTILIZING DIRECT 8(a) AWARD PROCEDURES. A UNILATERAL OFFER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO AND ACCEPTED BY THE SBA SAN ANTONIO DISTRICT OFFICE. The work is to take place at Randolph AFB, Texas. The general work includes replacing two outdoor metal enclosed switching stations each with a new masonry building (ground floor and basement) complete with lighting, air conditioning, fire alarm, and EMCS System. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Request for Proposal was issued 23 Feb 09 and will close on or about 20 Mar 09.
