- The purpose of this amendment is to change the title of the notice as directed by DoD for administrative purposes only. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE SMALL BUSNESS ADMINISTRATION UTILIZING DIRECT 8(a) AWARD PROCEDURES. A UNILATERAL OFFER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO AND ACCEPTED BY THE SBA SAN ANTONIO DISTRICT OFFICE. The work includes replacing the Main Gas Line along Harmon Dr. on Randolph AFB. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The Request for Proposal will be issued on or around 25Mar2009 and will close on 31Mar2009.
