- The purpose of this amendment is to change the title of the notice as directed by DoD for administrative purposes only. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE SMALL BUSNESS ADMINISTRATION UTILIZING DIRECT 8(a) AWARD PROCEDURES. A UNILATERAL OFFER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO AND ACCEPTED BY THE SBA SAN ANTONIO DISTRICT OFFICE. The work is to take place at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. The general work includes replacing the taxiway lights on both the East and West runways. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The request for Proposal was issued on 17 Mar 09 and will close on 1 Apr 09.
