Description

The purpose of this amendment is to change the title of the notice as directed by DoD for administrative purposes only. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION UTILIZING DIRECT 8(A) AWARD PROCEDURES. A UNILATERAL OFFER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO AND ACCEPTED BY THE SBA SAN ANTONIO DISTRICT OFFICE. THE WORK IS TO TAKE PLACE AT RANDOLPH AFB, TEXAS. THE GENERAL WORK INCLUDES INSTALLING NEW UNDERGROUND CHILLED WATER LINES FOR THE FOLLOWING BUILDINGS: 1) CONNECT B100 TO B395, 2) CONNECT B381 TO B395 3) CONNECT B661 TO B498, AND 4) CONNECT B663 TO B498, (NON-RECOVERY). THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $1,000,000.00 AND $5,000,000.00. THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WAS ISSUED 11 MAR 09 AND WILL CLOSE ON OR ABOUT 1 APR 09 AND AWARD ON OR ABOUT 24 APR 09.
