- RECOVERY--Project Description: USACE Little Rock District, Intake Gates and Roller Chains, Ozark Lake Powerhouse, Franklin, County, Arkansas and Beaver Lake Powerhouse, Carroll County Arkansas. The requirement consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to fabricate and deliver two complete powerhouse intake gates and one set of spare roller chains to the Ozark Lake Powerhouse, Highway 309 South, Ozark/Webb City, Arkansas 72949. The intake gates shall be delivered, fully assembled and painted with cathodic protection, seals and rollers. Spare parts sufficient for one set (two complete roller chains) shall be delivered unassembled in wooden crates. Delivery will be by barge to the powerhouse forebay. The Government will unload the gates and set them into slots for testing by the Government. The contractor shall provide a qualified individual, on-site for up to 10 working days, to witness the testing and correct any deficiencies found. And providing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to fabricate and deliver two sets of roller chains (four complete roller chains) with spare parts to the Beaver Lake Powerhouse, Route 2, Box 461, Eureka Springs, Arkansas 72632. The roller chains and spare parts shall be delivered in wooden crates and will be unloaded by the Government. The requirement will be solicited as an Invitation for Bids W9127S-09-B-0026 and will be issued Unrestricted on or about July 16, 2009 and will close on or about August 17, 2009. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332999.
