SAMPLE DRAWINGS WAGE DET. STATEMENT OF WORK NOTE TO OFFEROR The Center for Plant Health, Science and Technology (CPHST) is the scientific portion of Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), a program within Animal and Plant Health Inspection Station (APHIS) and part of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA). CPHST is making preparations for the development of an Assurance Quality Inspection Laboratory in Miami, Florida. Location has been determined, but construction of the interior space has not yet begun. Objective Acquisition of two environmental growth rooms and one cold room. Work to Be Performed by Contractor Furnish materials for the three rooms, deliver said materials, & install the environmental chambers.
