Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award T-45 Mission Display Processor (MDP) Combined Operational Flight Program (OFP) (H3/H4 Versions) as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement, N00019-05-G-0026 to McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company on a sole source basis. The period of performance will be approximately twenty two months and the reflects activities required to incorporate fleet ready software for the non-recurring and recurring effort required to combine T-45C Mission Display Processor (MDP) Operational Flight Program (OFP) versions H3.0 and H4.0. This notice of intent is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. This synopsis is provided for information purposes only. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the United States Government.
