Description

RECOVERY ACT (ARRA): This announcement is modified to reflect a change in classification code changed from Y-Construction of structures and facilities to Z- Maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is only available to contractors under the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS), Region 4, Atlanta, GA, Florida Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity General Contract. The Request for Proposal will result in a task order to perform Design -Build services on the Space Alteration Projects for 2 New 7 th Floor Judges Chambers. The project will take place at the Samuel Gibbons United States Federal Building and Courthouse and will have a contract period of approximately from July 2009 through March 2010.
