- RECOVERY-- This request for quote is to procure one (1) each 90-105 HP, Farm Type Utility Tractor with Rear Mounted Boom Cutter Combination. This tractor is a complete package, completed and ready to operate. These specifications are a minimum for the tractor and boom cutter and they must be compatible. Engine: 3-4 Cylinders; 90 to 105 Horsepower Diesel Engine; Turbocharged/Fuel Injected; Foot and Hand Throttle. Transmission: 12x4, 12x12 or 8x8; 4WD. PTO: 540 rpm; 80-95 PTO horsepower; Mechanical lever engagement. Steering and Brakes: Hydrostatic Steering; Hydraulic or Mechanical Operated Wet Disk Brakes Foot Operated Independently or Simultaneously; Parking Brake. Electrical: 12 Volt Electrical System; Key Engine Shutoff. Instrumentation: Tachometer, fuel level, oil pressure, hour meter and temperature; 12-volt power source. Lights: Two Front grill area; Flash Warning Lights Rear; Rear Work Lights. Hydraulics: 3 Remote Control Valves with Float; Cab mounted controls for easy access; Separate controls for Boom Cutter. 3-Point Hitch: Lift Capacity (lbs) 4000 7500; Draft control. Warranty: Tractor shall come with standard Manufactory and Power train warranty. Include copy of warranty with bid. Miscellaneous: ROPS, Seat belt, electric horn, SMV (slow moving vehicle) emblem. Hydraulic controlled three-point hitch with linkage stabilizers. Standard drawbar. Expanded metal safety screen shall be provided on the right side of the operators compartment to protect against flying objects. Screen assembly Top, Rear and Side (cutter side) shall consist of an adequately designed steel frame with 1 inches, #9 expanded metal permanently mounted to tractor. Fire extinguisher, Two Operator and Service Manuals for each Tractor, Back-up Alarm. Boom Cutter: 17 to 18-foot Horizontal reach; Mounts on tractors in the 5,000 to 7,000 lb class; Retractable support stands for dismounting; Mower Heads: Minimum 48 to Maximum 58 cutting width; Exchangeable mower heads: one rotary cutter and one flail mower head; 75 HP to 105 HP Tractor HP Requirement; Hydraulic Oil capacity: Independent hydraulic system that does not attach to tractors system; Deck Thickness: Heavy Gauge; Minimum Cutting Height: 2; Blades: x 4; Blade Tip Speed: Minimum 12,500 to Maximum 15,000 FPM; Blade Rotation: Clockwise Operating Tilt Arc: 180 Degrees; Other: All necessary controls mounted on right side and ready for operation. Counter weights as needed. Warranty: Include standard manufactory warranty, include copy of warranty with bid. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded.
