- RECOVERY--RECOVERY-- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER W912HN-07-D-0027. This is not a solicitation. The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement to Repair/Replace Hangar Facility, 82 CAB at Fort Bragg, NC. It is the intent of the Government to award a Task Order on an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. The task order is firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220; size standard $33.5 million. PROJECT INFORMATION: The work shall include complete design, repair, renovation and Recommission of building to ensure reliable operation for the remaining life of the facility. This includes HVAC equipment and controls, pumps, valves, roofing system, plumbing fixtures, all doors and hardware. Remove all mold/mildew on floors, walls and ceilings and replace with new finishes. Install lighting and windows to improve environmental conditions and energy efficiency. Modified to correct Recovery Title.
