- DESCRIPTION: TITLE: LITENING Targeting Pod System (LTPS) FIRST SUBMITTED ON: 3022 June 2007. LAST UPDATED ON: N/A. DESCRIPTION: This is a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) synopsis. The United States Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, Aeronautical Systems Center, 77th Aeronautical Systems Wing (77 AESW), 647th Aeronautical Systems Squadron Contracting Branch (647 AESS/PK) intends to award a modification to the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contract FA8607-04-D-2751 to increase the contract ceiling from $478,420,263 to $594,334,000. The ordering period through 31 December 2009 and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This NOCA is not a request for competitive proposals. Contract FA8607-04-D-2751 covers production and delivery of LTPS pods; integration, production, installation, and test of any future modifications and enhancements to the LTPS; special studies and te! chnology demonstrations; support equipment, spares, and product support. The efforts associated with the instant ceiling increase covered by this NOCA relate to the procurement of LTPS Pods and initial spares only. Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) shall be responsible for performance of all contract requirements. There is a 30 day Congressional Notification period required prior to any contract action being executed regarding the topic of this notice.
