- Infant/Pre-Toddler Specs This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-09-Q-0425 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34, Defense Circular Number 20090115, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0318. This procurement is being issued as a Total Small Business set aside under NAICS code 423910. DESCRIPTION: See Attachment 1. All interested vendors must attend a MANDATORY Site Visit on July 8, 2009 at 1:00 pm PST. RSVP by 3:00 pm PST to July 7, 2009 to Natalie Collins at 520-228-5448. This Site Visit will be in conjunction with another playground equipment requirement site visit (synopsis FA4877-09-Q-0424). Shipping will be FOB Destination to DM Child Development Center, 5335 E. Comanche, Bldg 2614, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ and please include an estimated delivery date ARO. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical acceptance and the salient characteristics listed in Attachment 1. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
